If I had to describe this wedding in one word, that would definitely be fun! After lovely evening a few weeks back on their engagement shoot, Simone & Andrew had a brilliant day planned from start to finish with loads of laughs, tears, dancing and impromptu singing.

We all started off at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa in Chester which was the meeting point for all the guests and the venue for the evening reception, a coach laid on by the couple whisking everyone into the city centre to the magnificent gothic revival styled Chester Town Hall, which was I’m almost embarrassed to say my first time going inside after being a proud Cestrian for decades!

Needless to say, Chester Town Hall didn’t disappoint, a stunning building both inside and out and more than befits a day as special as this.

After an emotional ceremony a short drinks reception took place in the Waiting Hall before it was back on to the coach to head back to the DoubleTree Hilton Chester for the formal reception, wedding breakfast, photographs and finally a disco & BBQ.

A fantastic day throughout, lovely bunch of family & friends, and wasn’t a dull moment the entire day.

Thanks to Andrew & Simone for allowing me to play a small part in their wedding, here’s a selection of images from the day.
